Niraj Ramsumer Pali

Niraj Ramsumer Pali, with over five years as an Assistant Professor at SAGE University, Indore, has contributed to teaching, research, academic administration, and student development. He has served on the Board of Studies and the Central Academic Committee. His research centers on value addition, post-harvest technology, climate-resilient agriculture, and precision horticulture. Notably, he has studied pumpkin wine production, focusing on varietal suitability and the effects of sugar concentration on quality.
Mr. Pali is an academician and researcher in Horticulture, currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj. He holds a Master’s in Vegetable Science and a Bachelor’s in Agriculture from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola, where he built expertise in vegetable science, fruit science, and post-harvest management.
He has organized training programs and workshops on bonsai, hydroponics, rooftop gardening, and post-harvest value addition, bridging academic knowledge with practical skills. Mr. Pali has published research papers in reputed journals, authored six book chapters, and contributed articles to leading agricultural magazines. He has edited three books—Trends in Vegetable Science, Exploring the Glories of Horticulture, and Transforming Agriculture in the 21st Century—and gained field experience through ATMA-PoCRA projects in Maharashtra.
