Cancellation of Subscription by Agro India Publishers.

Please note there may be certain subscriptions that can be cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel the order for any reason. The subscription will be automatically cancelled/ lapsed online in the situation if the subscriber access for more than 3 different gadgets on individual/single id, or if in the business/ library id it should be informed for the number of access/ subscription id required by the college before the depositing of the subscription amount. The subscription being cancelled include problems identified by fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if all or any portion of your subscription is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your subscription. If the subscription is cancelled after your amount has been charged, the raise amount will not be back/ refunded to account or not being adjusted in any circumstances.

Cancellations of Subscription by the Subscriber

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the subscription has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the subscription and refund the entire amount, the notice has to be sent vie. Email on the registered mail id of the Agro India Publications within the 1 hours (60 Minutes) of the subscription. We will not be able to cancel subscription which have already been processed or more than 1 hour (60 Minutes) of subscription. Agro India Publications has the full right to decide whether the subscription has been processed or not. The subscribers agrees not to dispute the decision made by Agro India Publications and accept Agro India Publications decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation and Refunds of Subscription Amount

All cancellations and refund will be done online mode in 7-8 working days.
