Ram Singh Umrao is the Assistant Professor at Department of Entomology, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology Kanpur, U.P. 208002. He received Master of Science in Agricultural Entomology in 1986 and Ph.D. in 1998, both from
CSAUA&T Kanpur, U.P. He started his professional career in 1999 involved with Assistant Professor at Department of Entomology. His publications include research and review articles, book chapters, manuals and bulletins. At post graduate level, he is involved with teaching of Entomology. He has an active long association with several professional societies.
