Did his B.Sc.(Hort) from Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya , M.Sc.( Vegetable Science from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. At present he is pursuing his Ph.D .in the Department of Vegetable Science, Faculty of Horticulture, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. His field of expertise is nutrient management and production technology of root crops and grafting technology in vegetables. He has a brilliant academic career and he has so far published 10 research papers in National and Internationla reputed journals. He has published 1 book chapter and 1 book entiltled ‘‘Compendium of Vegetables ’’. He has attended 5 National and 2 International Seminars. He has participated as rapporteur in Indian Scinece Congress , held on 13th -14th , Feb, 2017 at Kolkata, West Bengal organized by National Seed Association of India. Mr. Subba qualified National Eligibity Test (Agricultural Scientist Recuritment Board, ICAR, New Delhi) securing 69% marks in the year 2016. The author is the life member of several professional bodies and societies.
