Presently, he is working as Senior Scientist (Plant Pathology) at ICAR Research Complex for NEH region, Arunachal Pradesh centre, Basar. He has vast research experience of around 13 years in ICAR services. He engaged in research works on Banana, Citrus, Vegetables and Rice diseases. He is a member of several academic societies and had published more than 32 research papers in national and international journals. He has considerable experience in the taxonomy, biology and management of Phytophthora species. He has also author of another book entitled “Triterpenoids Variability in Medicinal Mushrooms (Ganoderma spp.) - A medical wonder”. He has been awarded “Best Scientist Award” in the year 2016.
