Dr. Pramod Mall is accomplishing his duty as Professor & Head in Department of Entomology, College of Agriculture, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He completed his Graduation and Post-Graduation from D.D.U. University Gorakhpur and joined his Ph.D. Programme in G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology Pantnagar. He confronted an interview and got selected as Assistant Professor in his alma-matter in 1999 subsequently he selected as Associate Professor in 2003 through open selection. Thereafter, in 2009 he was promoted to the post of Professor in Department. Presently he is working as Head, Department of Entomology since 2015. Dr. Mall has 20 year experience in Teaching Research and Extension. He has published more than 45 Research paper, 35 popular articles in various National and International journals of paramount repute. Dr Mall has established a Model Bee Garden with a layout of 80 acres in G.B. Pant University to impart training and demonstration on beekeeping, his contribution in field of Apiculture is being corroborated as milestone for development and popularization of beekeeping in the state as well as in the country. He brought and handled several national and international project worth of Rs. 4.50 crores. He has been member of several selection committees in more than 10 state and central University. Considering his wide experience and expertise he has been invited to deliver lecture and talks various seminars/ conference and advance training in various University/Institute.
